Si tratta di una dicitura all'interno di una procura speciale per attribuire a una terza persona il potere di svolgere alle attività in sue veci:
"XXX nomina sua procuratrice speciale la signora YYY affinché possa richiedere, in nome della medesima signora XXX, tutti i documenti necessari per ottenere l’Estratto Europeo di nascita ed il Certificato di nascita al fine di presentare l'istanza di cittadinanza italiana conseguente a matrimonio."

Io ho tradotto così ma non sono certa che la frase indicata sia scorrevole all'interno del contesto:

"... sa solicite, in numele doamnei XXX, toate documentele necesare obținerii Extras European de naștere și a Certificatului de naștere pentru prezentarea cererii de cetatenie italiana rezultata din casatorie"

confermate o apportereste delle modifiche alla mia traduzione? Grazie mille!
