I'm in doubt about how to interpret ジョボジョボ in the following dialogue from a cartoon.
The main characters are using a hose in order to fill the roof of the building they live in with water for a science experiment. When it's all done, they say:

A: ひゃ～、足がおもい
B: ジョボジョボすんのすげーな

Attempt #1: "Getting all soaked feels great!"
Attempt #2: "Filling the whole place with water is great!"

The character says this while raising one of his feet and watching it, so I'd be inclined towards #1. However I'm still unsure, so I'd like to have your opinion.
