case example-based online training Explanation: I think "case example-based online training" is more suitable. Because it is not practical training. I can't understand fully because your sample text is very short but I think it is online training. Accordingly, the word order shall be changed. |

Online practical case-study training Explanation: In academic articles, at least, the combination "事例展開" is commonly treated as a single term and is frequently translated as "case study," so grammatically there is no absolute need to include "-based" here. If the content of this particular program is not very concrete, and the viewers do not actually take part in it very much, then the organizer may simply be using "実習" as a flashy synonym for "研修", in which case you could omit "practical" and simply refer to it as "training." |

\"オンライン事例展開実習\" Online case study tutorials Explanation: Seeing as this is university based, I'd go with "Online case study tutorials". I don't think practical is necessary in this context. |
