Taigi, kaip jau minėjau, konkretaus termino procesinėms palūkanoms nėra, tačiau jų dydžiai yra reglamentuojami įstatymų (fiksuoti procentai, nebent prieš tai sutarties šalys susitaria dėl kitokių procentų). Taigi jos kaupiasi benagrinėjant bylą (accrued interest), yra mokėtinos (payable) ir mokamos nuo priteistos sumos - skolos dydžio (amount awarded).

neutral  Rita Vaicekonyte: LT tekste nurodoma, kad priteista yra ieškinio suma, o ne palūkanos, kurių sumą nulemia įstatymai, kadangi jos kaupiasi šalims besibylinėjant ir gali skirtis nuo "normalių/sutartų" palūkanų. Čia neaišku, kas yra skolininkas - laimėjęs ar pralaimėjęs bylą.

neutral  Inga Jokubauske: Dėl "accrued" vartojimo pirmoje sakinio dalyje: "awarding of the interest accrued during the court proceedings". Manau, ne visai tikslu, nes interest bus "accured" ne tik "during proceedings", bet ir po to (kaip paaiškinta toliau).
