Aceștia (cei 3 directori) au dreptul să semneze contractele cu terți sub formă de semnătură conjunctă având ca Principal pe Directorul Financiar și ca Subsidiari pe Directorul Tehnic și Directorul General.
E dintr-un act constitutiv.
Dragi colegi, nu găsesc „principal” sau „subsidiari” dacă caut semnătură conjunctă pe Google. Pot ghici ce vrea să însemne. Trebuie să semneze împreună directorul financiar în principal și unul dintre ceilalți doi. Așa că mă gândesc la main signatory și secondary signatory. Voi ce spuneți?
