u pravnim propisima kako je definicano Jedinstvenim metodološkim pravilima za izradu propisa ("Sl. glasnik RS", br. 21/2010):

Član 14

Završne odredbe su deo propisa koji se nalazi posle prelaznih odredaba, a sadrži informacije o propisima koji se stavljaju van snage stupanjem na snagu novog propisa i o tome kada novi propis stupa na snagu.

U odredbama o stavljanju propisa van snage mora da se jasno navede svaki propis koji se stavlja van snage.

Ako se prestanak važenja odnosi na više propisa, njihovo navođenje vrši se prema njihovom rangu, tako da se viši akti navode ispred nižih, a ako se radi o propisima iste pravne snage, navođenje se vrši prema vremenu njihovog donošenja.

Propis može da se stavi van snage samo propisom istog ili višeg ranga.
