This is from a Tax Report in Uruguay. I can't find an equivalence in English.

Definition: Said of an amount of money, which is set according to an estimate.

I've pared - rather than paired - down the question.

(Intereses) Fictos / (Liquidación Real) o Ficta : Notional Interest / Actual or Notional Assessment or 'Taking of Notional Account/s'.

Notional usually works for tax and land rating purposes, namely the valor catastral of a property is based on the notional - not actual : I definitely remember this point coming up in our Madrid law office a.k.a. bufete de abogados - rents receivable from such land that, de novo in English law, includes the building erected thereon or thereabouts. There is a similar system in operation in Italy.
