Bonjour,

Est-il fréquent en France d'utiliser le terme "travailleuses"? Le client insiste sur le fait de doubler le terme pour mettre en avant les femmes.
J'avais proposé "les salarié(e)s transfrontaliers" mais le client souhaite faire usage du féminin et du masculin.

Est-ce que cela vous choque?
L'entreprise dispose de travailleurs et de travailleuses transfrontalières....
Dans ce cas précis "transfrontalier" peut être mis au féminin si l'on tient compte de l'accord de proximité??
