Subunternehmer Explanation: Mir scheint es, dass es hier um Sub-/Nachunternehmer geht, also wenn beispielsweise ein öffentlicher Auftrag ausgeschrieben wurde und das Unternehmen, das den Zuschlag bekommen hat, Teile des Auftrags an ein anderes Unternehmen auslagert. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 3 hrs (2021-03-29 12:08:37 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Antwort zu "subcontrata": Ja, im Normalfall schon, dann wäre die korrektere Übersetzung hier wohl eher Auftragnehmer. Hierzu müsste man wissen, wer hier wem einen Auftrag vergibt. Man spricht auch von "contratas de primer nivel" oder "de segundo nivel". Im Text ist die Rede von dem Verhältnis zwischen der "empresa principal" und der "contrata", also könnte einerseits der Auftragnehmer und andererseits der Subunternehmer gemeint sein. An einer Stelle ist auch von "trabajos subcontratados." die Rede. Hoffe es hilft dir weiter! |
