weiss jemand um welche Art von Verfahren es hier geht? Danke im Voraus.

De este modo, cuando nuestra normativa especial alude a una actividad tipificada como delictiva, se hace relación a su descripción objetiva básica; es decir, desde la perspectiva del injusto (tipo objetivo + antijuridicidad), pues en materia de extinción de dominio no se requiere acreditar la culpabilidad, basta con constatar la existencia de una conducta contraria que comprometa o vincule el bien, para dar por cumplido con este presupuesto, sin necesidad de demandar un *juicio de reproche* en contra del titular de derechos patrimoniales sobre el mismo.
