si tratta di una dicitura in calce a un atto di nascita, quando vengono indicati i testimoni che presenziano dinanzi all'ufficiale dello stato civile alla dichiarazione di nascita resa dal dichiarante:
"Fueron testigos presenciados de este acto los ciudadanos: XXX, cedula de identidad n. XXX y XXX, cedula de identidad n. XXX, mayores y vecinos. Leida la presente acta al presentante y testigos manifestan conformidad y firman."
c'è in termine preciso per indicare "presenciales" in italiano? "tesimoni presenziali"? "oculari"? o altro? grazie mille!
