Dutch term or phrase: M.O.
M.O. is the heading for a column in a table. The table provides the results of an analysis of an agricultural residue.

The values given under M.O. are expressed as "+/- 3,6" and so on. This value pertains to, for example, the grams of protein, sugar etc found per 100g in the sample. So say they found 25g of something per 100g, then the M.O. might be +/- 3,6.

My feeling is that the M.O. figure might be expressing a margin of error or something like that (because the M.O. values are relatively low, and expressed as +/-).
