atomaire entiteit Explanation: Ik ben het met Barend eens dat dit een nogal kromme, onhandige term is, maar feit is dat het hier om een octrooitekst gaat. En dan is het adagium: zo dicht mogelijk bij het origineel blijven en zo min mogelijk ins Blaue hinein interpreteren. Een vage term in een octrooitekst moet vertaald worden met een term met dezelfde vaagheid. Voor "moiety" hadden we onlangs nog een prima oplossing gevonden in "entiteit". Zeker in octrooiteksten past deze term prima. |
