Es geht um einen Geschäftsführer / Chairman, der im Vertrag als Dienstverpflichteter (Gegenpart zum Dienstberechtigten im Rahmen eines Dienstvertrages) bezeichnet wird. Die englische Version des BGB auf der Seite des Bundesministeriums liefert mir "person obliged to perform services", was innerhalb des Vertragswerks sehr umständlich klingt.

agree  philgoddard: Proof that just because a translation appears on a ministry's website doesn't mean it's any good. I had a look, and large parts are difficult to understand.
