The transmittal (forwarding) of the Schedule of Costs ... is not separately payable / chargeable -> on a statutory scale, so is payable off-scale, like an 'honorarium', confusingly IMO a falscher Freund / faux ami of das Honorar : namely a gratuitous, ex-statutory fee = *außertariflicher* Posten vs. Tarifposten 2. This is one instance IMO, though, where Honorar looks like converging with honorarium.
