Maybe a straight translation will work, I think it could mean something "insert relevant heading/section/title etc."

agree  Andrew Bramhall: Yes, if it waddles like a duck, and quacks like a duck, it really is a duck! AMM's 'inititulement' explanation utterly off the scale even by his standards.

intitulement; pleading header

Explanation:
I agree with Arne K's Austro-Jus Rubrik vs. Rubrum Discussion Entry, rather than with Sebastian's 'cartoon-type' caption label.

'Rubrik' (Halbschrift: approx. skeleton pleading or Short Particulars of Claim). Kopf eines Schriftsatzes..., österr. RechtsWB, Russwurm - Schoeller, Juridica Verlag.

Intitulement - looks archaic, but quite legit. in Anglo-Irish law and litigation (many years ago, drew gasps of surprise when mentioned by an Irish lawyer from Dublin - Barrister defected as a Solicitor - at an English Bar Exam lecture in London, esp. from Brit. Commonwealth law students).

Otherwise, I keep thinking of UK/US film producer Stanley Kubrick

Example sentence(s):
  • An intitulement is the heading or title of a proceeding, which a court document must have on its face. It includes the court name, case name and number, name of parties and the statue or rule of court under which the court is being moved.
