Μπορείς να βάλεις "here" ή "in this place" εάν το ενταύθα αναφέρεται σε μια ολοκληρωμένη πρόταση. Εάν όμως το ενταύθα είναι γραμμένο στην αρχή ή στο τέλος του κειμένου, (καμιά φορά γράφουν Ενταύθα, 23-12-2003) τότε νομίζω ότι είναι καλύτερο να βάλεις "Athens" ή το όνομα της πόλης στην οποία υπογράφεται/υποβάλλεται το έγγραφο.

Explanation:
εκτός από τις 2 προηγούμενες προτάσεις, στις ΗΠΑ απλαιότερα συνήθιζαν το "in town" στους φάκελους χωρίς ακριβή διεύθυνση. Δεν είμαι σίγουρη όμως αν αυτό γίνεται και στις μέρες μας....έχουν αλλάξει τόοοοοσα!!! ;-)
