Tú mismo dices que no es una clínica en toda su extensión. En mi país, por el contexto que das, la población les llama "salitas" (en diminutivo de "salas" de atención médica, salas periféricas). Con este concepto en mente, es que te propongo estas dos sugerencias, en las que la segunda (health care facilities) te da la posibilidad de un uso más amplio, menos específico.
