Spanish term or phrase: Prestaciones patrimoniales de carácter público
"El cambio de la naturaleza juridica del gestor aeroportuario, de entidad publica empresarial a sociedad mercantil estatal, ha determinado que las tasas aeroportuarias tengan ahora naturaleza de prestaciones patrimoniales de caracter publico."

Having trouble finding the right translation to "prestaciones patrimoniales de carácter público" in relation to airport charges.

I have seen property liens bonds elsewhere, but I haven't seen that term used for airports...just the words "liens" and "bonds", although not with "public".

Would be a great help if anyone has come up against this phrase before in relation to airport charges.

Prestaciones means payments, and patrimonial means they're assets, ie income.
