Dunning may be an old-fashioned label, but retains the sense of chasing debts and neatly dovetails with next line of Importe sujeto a *litigio*. Compare the monitorio process as one way of debt recovery, previously known as 'default summons' in E&W. There's a similar proicess in Scotland, but I'm not going to canvas the issue.
