This is from a medical discharge report (cardiology) under the heading: Ecocardiogramas. I am not sure if the IT stands for Tiffeneau index or something else. Any help appreciated!

Válvula aóltica trivalva con apertura conservada sin insuficiencia. Válvula mitral de características normales con IM leve. Sin IT que permita estimar PSAP, Patrón de llenado compatible con: alteración de la relajación. Sin derrame pericárdico. Raiz de aorta de tamaño normal.
